By accessing or using the Gymia application and website (gymia.fit), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Gymia.

2. Description of Service

Gymia provides a free AI-powered fitness application that includes:

• AI-generated personalized workout plans
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Nutrition and macro tracking
• Squad (social) features and challenges

Gymia is free to use. We may introduce premium features in the future, but core functionality will always remain free.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Gymia. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gymia.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Gymia for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content in squads
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the app
• Create multiple accounts to abuse features
• Use automated tools to interact with the app

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (workouts, posts, profiles). By sharing content, you grant Gymia a license to display and distribute it within the app. You are solely responsible for your content.

6. AI-Generated Content

Gymia uses AI to generate workout plans and nutrition suggestions. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI recommendations are suggestions, not medical advice
• Consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program
• We are not liable for injuries or health issues resulting from use of the app

7. Intellectual Property

Gymia and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gymia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or Gymia.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Gymia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gymia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Gymia after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
